Educational Pi Build

We had two sections of our Introduction to Python classes at GRACE this year that focused on the Educational Pi Build portion of the Maclellan Grant. This group of 9th through 12th graders learned how to code in the Python language, and spent the second part of the year assembling, coding, and troubleshooting issues with Raspberry Pi Remote Controlled cars. We also discussed how these cars might be used in an educational setting while we were working on them, and presented them as a “Raspberry Pi Car Race” at our Technology Expo this year.
